Who we are
iLikeStores Ltd operates the iLikeStores website and the private Bear Hunt SEO reporting tool. For questions about this notice or requests relating to personal data, email help@ilikestores.com.
What information we process
If you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Bear Hunt SEO processes Google Search Console search performance information for website properties authorised by the connected Google account, including search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, average position and related reporting dimensions.
When a Google account authorises Bear Hunt, Google supplies OAuth access credentials. The integration requests the read-only Search Console scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly; it does not request permission to change Search Console settings or website content.
How and why we use it
We use authorised Search Console data to monitor search visibility, diagnose website performance and produce internal SEO reports. We process contact details to answer enquiries and administer our services. Depending on the activity, our lawful basis may be legitimate interests, contractual necessity or consent.
Google account access and security
Google OAuth credentials are stored in encrypted form on the iLikeStores server, with access restricted to authorised administrators. Search Console reporting data is stored for internal analysis. We do not sell Google user data or use Google Search Console data for advertising targeting.
You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access stops future authorised retrieval, but does not automatically delete reports already stored.
Retention and deletion
We keep reporting data while it is needed for the authorised SEO service, subject to periodic review. If you wish to request deletion of stored Google-connected information or other personal data, email help@ilikestores.com. We will assess and respond in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.
Sharing and transfers
Information may be processed by our hosting and technical service providers as necessary to operate the website and reporting service. We do not disclose Google-connected data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to use appropriate safeguards where required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection in relation to your personal data. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website or Bear Hunt functionality changes. The current version will be published here.
