About these terms
These terms apply to use of the iLikeStores corporate website and the Bear Hunt SEO reporting functionality made available to authorised users by iLikeStores Ltd, company number 09220253, Unit 6, Edison Road, Elms Farm Industrial Estate, Bedford MK41 0HU.
Use of the website and reporting service
The corporate website provides information about iLikeStores and its businesses. Bear Hunt SEO is intended for authorised users who have permission to access the connected Google Search Console properties. You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to access another person’s account or data without permission.
Google Search Console connection
Connecting a Google account is optional and requires Google authorisation. Bear Hunt requests read-only Search Console access to prepare SEO reports. You remain responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect each property. You may revoke the Google authorisation through your Google account settings. Google services remain subject to Google’s own terms.
Information and availability
We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but search performance figures may be delayed, incomplete or subject to changes by Google. Rankings, search-result appearances and sales outcomes are not guaranteed. We may maintain, change or suspend the reporting service when reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content and the Bear Hunt service are owned by iLikeStores Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except as permitted by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, external service interruptions or reliance on indicative search performance data.
